Each incubation unit is defined with experts in the field of investments. The administration & management of each acquisition, development or concession based investment is defined in conjunction with highly advanced technologists including and not restricted to General Electric, Hitachi, Marubeni Corporation, Hyundai amongst others.

Each investment platform is defined for a specific investment or acquisition. Each incubation unit is hosted with requisite managerial resources and audit capacities. The incubation units are credit risk managed and analytics are driven to ensuring our investors host a risk mitigated unit of investment with full transparency and ideology.

The Strategy
The Emmar Research Company has been designed to remain a core investment company. The Investment & Acquisition Companies & Funds owned by ERC are focused on investing in global Corporations with downstream infrastructure assets providing requisite derivatives to our investment modules. As a company; our focus lies in core investments while we solely to remain private equity partners and do not host a large operative team. We work with sophisticated global underwriters to protect our investments while we focus on strategic annuity returns to our investors. Our role lies in managing our underwriting and risk management structures we incorporate to eliminate maximum risk for our Institutional Investor base. While our feeder units manage the investors' compliance and provide the requisite infrastructure to ensure a fully regulated approach; Emmar focuses on technological and commercial aspects of the underlying assets we own. Emmar's biggest strength lies in our boutique ownership modules we adopt that allow us to focus on Investor Relations while we integrate a global range of technologists, developers, incubators that provide core market focus to our strategy of long positions.
